David & Elisa Jobe are a husband and wife team offering 30+ years in experience with new build and renovations. David grew up in a family construction business, until he relocated his family to North Carolina. Quality and satisfaction were deeply rooted in the family business, leaving a good name. Jobestead Homes continues this legacy, striving for excellence in every job we undertake. Jobestead Homes vision to "a life lived in excellence" transpires through the spirit and craftsmanship of our work. We build our reputation through serving our clients and standing behind our work. We do this by maintaining attention to detail in all areas of our businesses. The company began as a small remodeling business and has grown into several different branches including new builds, commercial, in house design, and a custom cabinetry shop, all serving across multiple states. We stand apart by remarkable client communication, consistency, and dependability.

Some of David's best qualities are effective communication skills, high-level problem solving, and a visionary entrepreneur. He tackles obstacles head on with a positive attitude.
David is chief implementor of all operations in construction and cabinetry projects. Overseeing all team management.
DESIGNER
Elisa Jobe
Elisa is a creator. From mothering 5 children, photography, graphic design, party planning and interior design her passion is to create beauty from nothing. An eye to see possibilities and an innate desire to create it.
Elisa is lead designer at Jobestead Designs. Implementing designs in remodels, new builds, commercial and custom cabinetry.
